Resident Involvement

There is a Resident Representative who seeks out the views of residents and represents them at the Management Committee Meeting.  A resident group meeting takes place once a month, where the resident rep along with other residents bring up any issues that they may have. They discuss their ideas with a member of staff who is present throughout the meeting. The minutes from the user group meeting go to the Management Committee.

In addition, residents are encouraged to help with everyday life in the Trust. Whether it be distributing mail, opening the Trusteas Café or cleaning rooms for new clients, all help is beneficial for the Trust and for the residents.
